I was very happy with the service I received here. The customer service was great, if I called and was unable to get through I would email Lauren who was the representative I originally worked with and she would always email me back even if on weekends or nights when she was not in the office. They were very professional with myself and my mother as the move was for my mother. My mother was moving from CALI and we expected it would take a while to get to NY but they kept us updated throughout the move.
